Like most of us, after I turned 40 I began to gain weight uncontrollably. I also began to see additional skin appearing...

All over my body, I was developing love handles, rolls, sagginess, and shameful areas. And, to be honest, I didn't feel confident in any of my outfits anymore, not to mention that my FAMILY was CONCERNED about my unmanageable weight.

The strange thing is that none of this happened as a result of any changes in my diet or workout routine.

However, no matter what I did, the weight continued to pile on!
And before I knew it, I had grown to my largest size ever!

Throughout the years, I saw my doctor and had various blood tests. He kept telling me I had high blood pressure and cholesterol and that I was overweight.
 
And yet, all he did was suggest certain diets and tell me to EXERCISE MORE...

My doctor literally didn't know what more to say and just like my mom used to tell me, "It's simply one of those things that happens as you get older." And then he prescribed me some medication for the depression I was experiencing.

I couldn't live the rest of my life being unhealthy. I smashed my mirror, collapsed to my knees, and began crying into my hands as soon as I came home.

I was feeling defeated...

I've always believed that I was in command of my body...

But in actuality, my body was in command!

I'm sure I'm not alone in this. Right?

Things didn't start to change for me until I hit rock bottom...
Some believe it was a gift from God. Others argue otherwise....

But after speaking with a few friends and observing their transformations, I was curious as to what they were doing differently. I see them being active too, yet I'm growing while they're shrinking.

That's when I discovered a simple 'One Step Method' that claimed to melt excess body fat like ice cream on a hot summer day.

Of course, I was skeptical, but I was also desperate. So I gave it a go...

Every morning, I would get up, go through my morning ritual, and then finish with the 'One Step Method.'
Then I go about my business. And every time I did it, I told myself, "Nothing can be this simple." 

Nonetheless, my excess weight began to disappear. Each and every day!

It was unbelievable. Every morning, I looked in the mirror and saw my body thinner and slimmer.
And the only thing that was becoming bigger was my grin as my jeans fell down since they were too huge!

You see, I wasted a lot of time by taking bad advice. Until I realize that the gains have nothing to do with:

- Which exercises you select...    

- How often and how hard you workout...       

- How much high-intensity cardio you do?

- How many fashionable diets you tried...

- Denying yourself your favorite treats...

- How many calories (sugars, carbs, fats) do you consume each day...

- Only eating at particular times of the day...

- Or even genetics and the natural aging process (how many times have I heard that lie?)

I even went back to my doctor and discovered that this one step procedure has reduced my blood pressure and cholesterol to a healthy level!

I know my mother did not recognize the long-term effects of what she told me, but doctors, biased "health" firms, and self-proclaimed "experts" should! They want you to feel ashamed and to blame yourself!

But I can finally tell you that you are not to fault!
